I need advice

I need advice on room only reservations. First, I'm a fla resident. We just got our seasonal annual passes. We haven't exchanged them to activate them yet. So if we booked online for the best rate, I don't know what annual pass # to use. We also have AAA. We are going to Disney in Dec. SO which discount should I go for? When do the discount codes for fl residents usually come out? Should I just call Disney and reserve or try for the best rate online? Thanks
