I need a wireless tablet with a data plan

Because I want to be able to work from work during my lunch hour, I need the data plan so I am not using my employer's wifi. Any recommendations on a pad and data plan that will not break the bank...my second job is not lucrative but I want to be able to keep in touch with clients and check things if necessary mid day rather than wait until after business hours.

Do you have a cell carrier? I can add a 4g tablet (iPad or otherwise) for $10 using my pool of 2gig of data. Since my phone is rarely using data(my college campus is wifi 100%) my tablet has plenty of data to use!

Yes, I do and I have the same issue I never go anywhere near even half the data I am allowed. I guess I should start with a visit to my current carrier!
