I need a weekly update!

Hi everyone! I just got home from my week at work, and it appears much has happened in the DVC world.
Now granted, I could spend several hours pawing through many multiple page threads to get the dirt, but I was hoping for a neat "weekly wrap up".

From what I have gathered we now get an AP/PAP discount.
Also, did I read about a VB special assessment? Although I have points at VB, I didn't get any notice.

What else did I miss???

Welcome back MG! Yes, you can read all about the AP/PAP discount, coming in 01/05, at dvcmember.com. I'm not really up to speed on the VB assessment, but I can't believe you have not gotten anything from them yet. Take care, you could spend HOURS catching up after being away for a week....Lacee

I think the assessment will be discussed at the annual meetings in a couple of weeks. You're certain to see news here shortly thereafter.

Also bear in mind that increases in insurance for VB have not been implemented in the wake of the hurricanes. So, you may be in line for a bigger increase in 2006.
