If you are posting a pic that is already online (perhaps from someone else's website if they allow it) then you just copy and paste the address within the tags. If it's your own personal picture, you need to upload it to somewhere online like [url=http://www.boomerweb.net/webnow2000/index.htm]Boomerweb[/url] first and link from there.
