I need a speech topic... again.

It's speech time again at my school.
Well the French one. I don't know when we're doing the English one.
I need to bring in information for either Monday or Wednesday... and I'm really bad at finding topics.
I need help.
However, I can't do people. Biographies are not allowed.
I'm looking more for something informative than persuasive. It really doesn't matter because nobody actually listens to speeches other than the teachers.
And I don't have any intentions of being one of the people put into the French speech contest.

We're expecting an election.
Nothing exciting.
