I need a small design

I am desperately needing a design for a little doll I made that I am entering in competition. The idea of the competition is to dress your favorite doll and tell where she is going in that outfit. I made her an outfit of red polka dot fabric with a Mickey embroidered on it. She has a Minnie headband with ears. What I would love to do is make her an autograph book. I was thinking that I could use a business card folded in half for the book. I would also like for her to hold something else in her other hand - perhaps a map.

All of you guys are so incredibly talented that I am really hoping you can help me out - she is as cute as a button. I could email a picture of her if you would like.
