I need a packing list - help me get organized!

I know someone out there probably has a nicely formatted packing list with all the must have's and a few should haves - anyone willing to share?

I wanna see all the stuff I already know I should pack, things I never would have thought about, and all the "never leave home without items" all you veterans have compiled over the years.
