I need a little travel advice

We will be arriving in San Diego on 4/15 going to the zoo 4/16 and going to the California science center on 4/17 before heading to Anaheim. So my question is should we stay one night in San Diego hit the zoo then head up to LA that night or stay in SD and head up in the morning? We are hoping to get to the museum around open which is 10 am. Will that be impossible in Cali traffic? Thanks in advance

I would say travel the night before. Traffic is bad enough during the day, but the morning is very busy. I think traveling the night befor when you don't have plans upon arrival would be more pleasant.

I agree I think the morning commute traffic is worse & you would have to leave extra early. I have read it sometimes takes 1 1/2 hours to get from Anaheim to Hollywood/LA area. It would definately be less stressful to travel in the evening.
