I have taken your advice and have phoned work and told them I will not be back until monday , fingers crossed the tablets would have an effect and I will start to feel better .

I really think you have done the best thing. Otherwise you could risk ruining your holiday if you over do it now.

Take it easy and rest up completely. Hopefully you will soon feel back to normal.

Sorry to mention this but you do know that Shingles is highly contagious to those that have not had Chicken Pox. This is especialy dangerous for any pregnant women in your workplace. Chicken Pox is a risk to the unborn baby at most stages of their development.
