I need a good tutorial for my Nikon D3100

I got a Nikon D3100 for Christmas and have shot pics in the auto mode on the camera, but I really want to start to learn to use the manual mode. Can anyone recommend a good tutorial that is easily understandable for learning to use this camera? I know little about cameras except to point and shoot.
