I need a clean, inexpensive motel near US

I need a cheap but clean motel near US/IOA for one night. I have found some great deals on Hotelkingdom.com but they aren't names I know-places like MasterInn, Inn & Suites of Orlando,etc. Any help would be appreciated!

we just got back from usf. we stayed at the red roof inn. it was semi long walk but also the closest hotel (besides the raddisson) and wasnt very expensive there were 5 of us and i think our room was around $45 a night. they had a pool and continental breakfast and the rooms were okay( not spectacular but nice)

we found a short cut that brought us into a side door we then walked straight up to the esculators, took 2 sets of them and then took the esculator walkways all the way to city walk, so it wasnt that bad ( we had a 5,7, & 10 yr old with us.) just remember to wear good shoes....ouch blisters hurt..lol

Did you try Priceline? I got the Wyndham Orlando I Drive for $32 a night in July the last minute.

The Clarion Universal and Best Western Movieland advertised on this site are less than a mile from Universal and are nice places.

Got my DD amerisuites for about $30.00 a night on priceline. We just got back this week from UV stay, we stayed at ROyal Pacific with the entertainment rate $110.00 for a room for three. What a deal we got FOTL key cards, we went on everything in hours. This is good for the checkin and checkout days. It was worth the extra money to get the keys. Even if just for one day.
