I need to make our ADRs tomorrow! We finally hit the 180-day mark!

1) I know someone here posted a 1-800 number.to make ADR's and BBB ressie's... I can't find it! I'm familiar with the 407-WDW-DINE but I'd prefer the toll-free number. (If I had free long distance on my cell phone I would just use that, but, no.:upsidedow )

2) Can I make ADR's for Rainforest Cafe? I seem to remember them not taking any kind of reservations unless you are safari club members and you have to do that in person. :confused3

3) We are doing a split stay, Fri-Sat night at POP then a DVC point rental stay Sun-Thur at OKW. I will still be able to book ADR's for our entire stay with one phone call, correct? I do not need my DVC member to call MS to book ADR's right? That would seem a bit ridiculous since even non-resort guests can make ADR's:rolleyes:

Thanks!:thumbsup2

1) I don't know about any toll free #, but we just used the WDW-DINE

2) You can make ADR's for the AK Rainforest Cafe, but not the DTD one, I think. We made our ressies for the DTD one at the door.

3) It does not matter where you stay. You can make ADR's 180 days in advance and I believe you can make your ADR's 180 days from your trip start date, and then 10 days after that. So if you were arriving 180 days from today, you could make ADR's for that day, and 10 days after. If that makes any sense.

1) There are currently two toll-free numbers available via the Walt Disney Travel Company. They are 877-939-3732 (this only works in the United States) and 800-828-0228. On both numbers, press 3 after the message starts. Once you press 3, you'll then be sent to the WDW-DINE cue and have to answer even more questions.

2) You are correct. There are two Rain Forest Cafes' (AK and DTD) and neither take an ADR. But if you get there before the dinner crowds (5ish) you can get in without much (if any) wait.

3) Again, you are correct my friend.

Thanks! My goodness, you guys are quick! All that info in the time it took DD4 to watch one episode of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse!:happytv:

Now, I just have to finish figuring out where I want to eat 6 months from now with a 4 year old and 2 year old and at what time of day they are going to be ready to sit down and behave.:lmao: Got to love the buffets!:thumbsup2

For the kids sake, I would go to Chef Mickey's or Crystal Palace (but not both) It's pretty "spendy" to do buffets with small children, there's no real value except for the few minutes of character interaction.

Right now, our meal plans are as follows: (all comments welcome as I am VERY flexible!)

Friday night (we arrive around 3pm) dinner at Rainforest Cafe (we have $125 in GC's)
Saturday morning: Rainforest Cafe breakfast with leftover GC $$$
Saturday dinner at Chef Mickey's (out of pocket)
Sunday we start our stay at OKW which includes the DDP....
...Sun: Dinner @ Liberty Tree Tavern
...Mon: Dinner @ 50's Prime Time
...Tue: Dinner @ Akershus (after DD4 does BBB!)
...Wed: Uhhh...Hmm? DH is at work now... still have to talk him into one.
...Thur: Breakfast @ 1900 Park Fare

Wednesday is probably an MK in the morning day so we might do O'Hana before we go in the morning. I don't know what we'll do in the evening since our evening plans tend to revolve around where we'd eat and since I don't know where that might be....:confused3 Oh, the joys of planning! By this time in the trip, we should have made it to all of the parks and had at least one character meal with the Princesses for DD4 and Mickey and Goofy for DD2. We do eat a lot of meals out even at home so my kids are very used to dining out. I would like to try LeCellier or something like that. I was thinking maybe the Coral Reef because the tank might keep the kids distracted more than the "basement" of LeCellier. Any comments?

in DTD directly you can get a form of an ADR. We've done this the last two years. If you're visiting during a busy period this will save you some time.
