I need 12 blue brads, large

Ugghh...I've looked and the only place I can find them is where I originally got them, Oriental Trading. Problem is, they come in a $20 1350 piece assortment. I already bought this assortment and I probaly have 1289 pieces of it left, so I definitely don't need another 1350 pieces.

Any ideas where to get this? Not the mini size and not the super size. Donald Duck blue.

did you try paper wishes? not sure if they carry them or not, but it's the 1st thing that came to mind.

I didn't check out that site...those are too big, I need the ones that are the next step up from the ones usually called mini -- like the ones you would get at staples in gold or silver.

American Crafts makes a Donald Duck color brad, and they come in three sizes. Look for the color Marine. Their small is 3/16" and the medium are 5/16". I found them on their website, but you can't order directly from them.

Yellow I think will clash with that maize color I am already using. I will try the white though.


Since American crafts has the right color, I can check at ACMoore. If I ever get there again. I refuse to drive anymore unless I have 3 tasks to complete -- right now I only have 2

I have not yet tried that. Does the paint chip?

It chips unless you seal it. I've not found a reliable way to seal it yet either. The best thing I've found is UTEE but that sometimes chips also.

I'm going up to our super-enormo scrapbook store this weekend and they have AC brads. I can get you a pack and send them to you if you can wait until next Monday.
