I feel really dumb asking this (and I have a Master's Degree, so I can't be THAT dumb!) but how do you figure out the 7 and 11 month booking windows? It would seem that if I needed a room on Dec. 8th, I could book it on May 8th (unless MS was closed), but that's not the case. Is there a chart that I could look at? I couldn't find one on the member site.

the 7 month window opens up on check-out date. So, if you're trying to book the night of December 8th, you need to call on May 9th.

THANK YOU! I knew it had to be something simple. We aren't checking out until the 10th, so that is why they wouldn't let me book the ressie. Geez, you'd think MS would have told me that!!
