I Missed a discount for November

I am sooo mad at myself. :mad:

I just called Disney Reservations to check on some ressies for Nov. Went through the whole automated process and spoke to a very kind CM. She checked and we didn't have any pin attached to my name. :sad1:

But wanted to check dates and prices anyway. Told her my dates 11-17 and she typed stuff in. Then she came back and said "Oh, you've got some real good dates there". "Really?" I said. Then she said there is a promotion that those dates are barely in on. Great! :banana: :banana: :banana:

When I asked what it was, she said it wasn't in the system yet and she had to input it manually. popcorn:: She is typing away putting WL in and checking. Then the call is dropped. :mad::mad:

I immediately called back dying to know if it was a good one or what, and I got a different CM who told me there were no discounts available for Nov. not even pin codes. Nothing past Sept. NOT!! From the boards here, some have gotten pin codes albeit not very many.

FRUSTRATING!!! I want my nice CM back. (she had a different name, and I really didn't understand it, so I couldn't write it down as I usually do)
 
That is so frustrating! That happened with me when they released Free Dining for September and it was released to Disney Visa holders first. Myself and my sister in law called at the same time. My CM knew about the offer but the other did not. She ended up getting it but had to talk to a supervisor! Try calling again and asking a different CM. Good Luck!
