I might need some help this weekend

Hi All, I am expecting a nasty houseguest that has not been invited. You may have heard of her she is Hurrican Ophelia.

I live very near the outer banks of NC and only 2 blocks from the water.

I am not worried about safety, my house is over 100 years old and built well and the storm really is not that bad. Flooding is always the issue for me depending on the tide and the storm surge we can flood in my town.

I am expecting to lose power. I hope that I do not but it is most likely. Depending on how bad it hits I may not be on line this weekend so I need a person to shop for me. I will provide the credits you just have to log into special mules that I make for this very reason and buy whatever they sell most likely pins.

If you have about 1/2 hour and do not mind logging on and off mules I would like to talk to you. I need someone that I know well or has a lot of Dis posts so I know that I can trust them. I will compensate you whoever you wish.

I will give you more information in a PM.

So I will keep playing and posting untiil the power goes. No one worry. I have been through a lot of hurricanes this is a little baby one. We are going to lose comfort from not having hot water and air conditioning more than anything else.

I am so sorry you have to even worry about this hurricane. I would be please to help you out. I will take one mule. I am on a land line until Sunday when we will finally get cable installed. The pain of moving to a new house. We have traded before (spacesuit). And I remember you also added in a Zebra pin so I am here to return the favor. Please PM me with the details of what you need me to do. Do I need to go Nedding as well. But most important I pray your family stays safe during the hurricane.

OH Lisa, stay safe! We have family in Henderson, NC, but I think they are far enough away from the coast to not have to worry too much about flooding. I would be more than happy to help you out, though I don't know how much time I will have on here this weekend due to a variety of events going on. If you don't get any solid offers of help, please let me know, and I will see what I can do!
