We check in less than 2 weeks, and checked our paperwork yesterday to find out I had left off the last day of our trip! I called to see if we could add the last day to find out they were full. We had wanted to stay at the Contemporary again and we were so excited, but it is my fault and I know it. They found the dates all available at Boardwalk in a Garden Suite for $30 more per day. They offered a split stay, but I can't move on my own easily and my husband will be in a conference.

So tell me I will be happy in the Garden Suite, I have read good and bad reviews, but I am thinking this will be easier to stay in one place for a week. Any good information would be appreciated!

I love BWI. It's my favorite resort -- was there in March and going back in August. The Garden Suites look lovely and I would so enjoy staying in one some time. I think you'll have a great time.

If you have your heart set on CR, you can always call back later to see if there were any cancellations that would make all your dates available. I just think that BWI is terrific and that you'll be pleased with the change.

BWI is a great resort. The CMs are super-friendly, the rooms are lovely (and the garden suite will give you a nice bit of extra space), you can walk or boat to Epcot & DHS, the Boardwalk is so fun at night, plus you have all the shopping/dining amenities of BWI plus all the other Epcot-area resorts available to you.

Like PP said, if you really want CR, keep calling back to check on availability. But if it doesn't happen, don't fret -- you might just love BWI.

We love the BWI too! I've never stayed in a Garden Suite but the BWI is a lovely resort. We really like the fact that it is convenient to HS and Epcot, and we just love the whole boardwalk area. I'm sure you will enjoy it too :)

I just saw pictures of a garden suite at BWI from another review and it's two levels! The king bed is upstairs loft style with a jacuzzi tub in a large bathroom. I would love to stay there.

I was going to bring this up - you say you don't move very well. Does that mean you have physical limitations that would make it uncomfortable to move up the stairs to go to bed? That's where the full bathroom is as well.

You get concierge level service with the BW Garden Suite, so you'll have to go to the lounge from your suite to get there too.

I don't want you to be disappointed with the room because of any mobility issues.

I will have to be very careful, but I can do the stairs slowly. Moving and stress are a huge problem too, it would take a couple of days to get over. Moving is a big concern.

OP when you check in Id ask about seeing if you could add that day on, and ask daily..
