I made macaroni and cheese and it's a little too dry

Yeah. I've never had good luck fixing dry mac and cheese with anything. It gets clumpy and wet if you try and add anything.
 
It depends....is it the boxed kind like Kraft?

If so, are the noodles undercooked or is it just that the cheesy powder is too dry? If it's the powder, put some butter or milk in it, heat it up and mix a little more, that should fix it.

If the noodles are undercooked, I'd just throw it out and start over.

I am assuming it's the baked kind? Then you could add a little butter and milk stir it up and maybe pop it under the broiler for a minute to crisp up the top.
