I bought the 3 mile WATP Express yesterday.
Last night DH only wanted to do the 2 mile so I had to wait until he went back to the office at 9:00 tonight to give it a try.
I made it through the whole thing. WHEW!!!!! I only stopped once when my mom called (that was a nice break - about 15 minutes), but then I turned it right back on and jumped right in. I don't have the stretchy bands, but I did do all he arm movements anyway.
How do you do a new tape? Is is better to stay at 3 miles and not look back, or should I alternate for a couple of days?
P.S. I did like the musical variety a little better than the regular 1 and 2 mile WATP with hand weights. Has anyone tried the ones with the "praise" music? Just wondering what they were using.
