I'm trying to book for a table of 9. The boys wanted TRex and they could not do it, without being split up. My DH was against that. We also have a food allergic child and two young ones that need help eating so it was just difficult. I had a hard time getting a dinner for 9 on Nov. 12, but settled for a 3:40 time. I also had trouble getting dinner on Nov. 13 and settled for The Plaza. It doesn't have a very good allergy menu. My son has the top 8 allergens so this one we may cancel. My mom's only request was CRT and I couldn't get a table of 9 for breakfast, lunch, or dinner for our entire stay. I could get 8, but decided not to be that person that "doesn't know" you have to include the baby. In the end, we can tweak. I made three more reservations today and my DH is freaking out from the cost. We will probably have to eliminate, but I love our choices now. I think we really got some special ones.
Wow! I didn't realize your party was that big

And I can imagine the allergies make it more difficult. I was going to say The Plaza is pretty good but not so much if they don't have a good allergy menu.
As for T-Rex, did you try calling them directly? I know there's a # although I don't have it. We've also never eaten there but I know many people have luck actually calling the restaurant, as they don't release all their reservations to Disney. Also for CRT, last Nov. I didn't decide until about a month before we went that I wanted to do breakfast there, and after MUCH searching we finally scored one. As you said you can tweak, and I think there's a good chance a CRT will open up especially if you aren't picky about which meal it is
Checking in! Excited to read all of your shenanigans beforehand, maybe I'll grab a few tips along the way! We are anxiously awaiting Southwest to open their flight schedule TOMORROW!!!! Then ADR's next week. It's so close!

Thank you for coming on over! Good luck with flights tomorrow, let me know how you do!
These are three of our ADR hopefuls! We loved CMC...we are all seafood buffs though, so if you are looking for more of a diverse buffet, this wouldn't be one of them, unless you stop over at the kids section
Yes, CMC won't be my favorite meal of the trip I don't think, but it'll be convenient since we're at BC and Ricky will be happy to try mussels at a new place. I did see a pasta on the menu, so for me it'll most likely be salad, hopefully a decent pasta, and dessert! And if they have the regular Disney chicken nuggets on the kids station, I'll grab a couple of those. Not sure why but I love me some Disney chicken nuggets lol!
I am super excited for Narcoossee's, especially with reading your TR and having you express more in depth about how delicious it is!
So I take it you're planning to eat there, great!
What about 'Ohana is not your favorite? This was a pick from my dad, he was pretty excited about getting meat delivered to his table whenever he wanted. I don't eat red meat, so hopefully they have a lot of chicken and shrimp skewers coming my way.
Well, I guess there are just so many other places I prefer. I do love the salad and noodles. I'm not the biggest fan of all the meats on a stick. I don't eat shrimp so that's out, although Steve and Chris LOVE the shrimp there. Then the steak never seems to be done the way I like it so I didn't end up eating it either time we were there. The chicken was good though. And finally, although I may lose readers when I admit this, I'm........not a fan of bread pudding, even 'Ohana's

I love dessert so I end that meal not quite satisfied! I'm sure your dad will enjoy it and also FYI, you can have as much of the chicken/shrimp/steak as you want. They'll keep coming around with all the skewers plus if you want a certain meat and they aren't bringing it, just ask.
