I Love White!!

OK....I've spent 30 mins trying to find a picture of the color Skylight blue which discribes the color of my tub, toliet and shower area in my main bathrooom.....NO LUCK!!! think circa 1950 blue.....

Any way this weekend we (zurg and I) have re-enameled the tub/shower area and it is now ALL white....I love it....can't wait until we can replace the toliet with a white one....and then comes a new floor..and did I mention I'd like to enlarge the room just a slight bit....OH my dear Zurg has lots a work ahead of him some day...

Is your head spinning from the fumes? If my memory serves me (I did ours as a newlywed, 18 yrs ago) that enamel is pretty nasty stuff!

We used proper masks...the kind with discs....the fumes were bad but we used fans and zurg wore the mask...

I think that is what I have in our hall bathroom, and I can not wait to get rid of it also!!! Not to mention the Harvest Gold toilet and sink we have in our powder room downstairs

That is the plan for next year....bathrooms. And then kitchen and then and then and then..Its just never ending. It does not help that I got a Pottery Barn catalog the other and I marked so many ideas for what I want to do to the house. But the bathrooms and kitchen are definately going to be white!!
