I love VB! Just ordered yummy treats for DH.

I just spoke with the Chef at VB.

On a few of our visits, my DH has had strawberry pralines at the seafood buffet.

Last time we were there, I couldn't order them.

They are going to have some ready for us when we check-in and some more prepared for our wedding anniversary later in the week.

They are heavenly! A small white chocolate cup filled with strawberry mouse, topped with whipped cream and pink sugar sprinkles. My DH said they are the best dessert he has ever had.

Once again, the CM's at Vero come through.

Oh can I relate. On our last trip to Vero Beach in January, while at dinner in Shutters, I commented to a CM just how much I missed the days when they made their own cheesecake and covered slices completely in chocolate. Well, they let me place an order to be picked up the next evening. The chef covered a slice of cheesecake the next day and had it waiting for me that night. A drizzle of raspberry and shavings of white chocolate later I was in heaven. So, don't be afraid to ask for something special. If they can do it for you, they will.

Those Strawberry Pralines sound decadent. Can you tell the Chef that you know someone who will be there for the Thanksgiving Buffet and she would just love to try one of those!

If you are ever in VB for Thanksgiving the Buffet is definitely worth it. The turkey and stuffing was fabulous (something I did not expect to find done well at a buffet) and everything else was equally delicious. My husband like the Pumkin or Squash Bisque.
It was so good, along with the wonderful resort, that before we even left we decided that we would be coming back this year, and who knows how many more years!!!! We love Vero!

You bet! I'll tell the chef to make sure he has some for Thanksgiving. He said today that he had to special order the white chocolate cups. I thought he made them. He sounded very nice.
