So today was my 90 day mark. I got up at my usual 5am central time, popped open a nice cold Dr. Pepper and went to work on reservations.

I was a little worried after reading about the errors and problems people have had, but in 15 minutes I had made all six reservations that I wanted and all the times I wanted.:banana::banana:

So here is what I got:
Dec 20th - CRT 9am (holy cow can't believe it:earseek:)
Dec 20th Boma 6:30pm
Dec 21st - Crystal Palace 10am
Dec 22nd - Chef Mickey 9:55am
Dec 23rd - Cali Grill 7:30pm
Dec 24th - Akershus 8:20am

at 8am central I called in to get my Candlelight Processional - got Le Cellier Dec 19th at 1:45pm (if it were just me I wouldn't have booked this , but my mom is going and she can't wait in line for hours so I figured this would cut down wait time)

I arrive on 12/17 and the kids and my mom on 12/18 late afternoon so I have to decide if I want to eat solo on the 17th and 18th at a TS or just do CS those days.

I'm with you - it worked well for me. I logged on at 3 AM EST Monday, and I did get the error for a couple minutes, but after closing and reopening my browser, things were fine, and I had all my ADRS at the times and places I wanted within ten minutes. Then called Disney Dining precisely at 7 AM, only on hold for about 30 seconds, and got the CP package and restaurant I wanted. I feel really sorry for all the people who are having so many problems - there are definitely problems with the website that Disney should address. There's no excuse for such poor website maintenance.

I like the new system, too, but I need to cancel an ADR. I made one with 4 people at Chefs de France, then two others decided to join us, so I made another ADR at the same restaurant and time for 6 of us. I want to cancel the first one, but can't figure out how to do it. I know it's hard to get ADRs so I don't want to be booked twice for the same thing. Thanks for any help!!

So you can do the reservations at 3am eastern time on your day??

Yes, the 3 AM Eastern time does work. I know some people haven't been able to get in at that time, but I think that's a function of the website being defective, as it were, at times. Many people, myself included, can verify that the online ADR system opens at 3 AM and will give you your 90+10, if you're doing it on day 90 for a onsite stay. As noted, I had everything done by 3:15 AM. All this is assuming that the website is operating correctly, of course, which it apparently is not some of the time.

Jaylie, you can retrieve your ADR online and cancel it. Go to the regular WDW website. (I'm not sure if you have to log in or not - probably not to do this) Then go to "My Disney Vacation" (link on the very top right of the screen) and select Dining Reservations. You can enter your ADR confirmation number and phone number, and it will retrieve your reservation (assuming the slightly fritzy system is working correctly). There will be an option there to cancel.

I love, love, love the system as well.

It suggests several other options all at once, if something for your time and restaurant doesn't show up. This is something a human cannot possibly do as quickly.

For one of my ADRs, it was all about the experience. I asked for a 5:30 pm ressie, and it suggested a 4:30 pm. So I took it. It didn't matter to me what time, it was the entire experience that I wanted for my guests.

Then when I tried to book one for CP for MK, but the night of EMH - it was already full. But it suggested 1900 Park Fare at GF, which I would have never even thought of doing. Turns out my guests are over the moon about that one. Perfect timing to have our dinner, then step out to watch the fireworks and the water pageant as well.

I think it took a total of 15 minutes to do mine. I went back and reviewed my list and realized I had booked the wrong restaurant at France. It was signature dining and we already have two 2TS dining experiences. I went in, retrieved the old ressie, cancelled it and then went right into the other one - and Le Chefs de France had a reservation for the exact same time!

I am thrilled beyond belief.

Thanks, jaysmom4285, that worked perfectly and I was able to cancel the ADR!

Great! I will be trying it out at 3:00 a.m. then. :thumbsup2

Just mentioning that if you are on the dining plan, be sure you were not charged for CRT. I was and had to call to get it all fixed.

And I love the online system, too. I made them at 2 a.m. CST last Monday and it was awesome! I got everything I got within 20 minutes.

Congrats on your ressies!
