I'm with you on this one, pammypooh. I already have my fall decorations up, cornstaks and mums, and have been burning my fall scented candles since the end of August. I just love it!! Nothing beats the crispness in the air, the changing of the leaves, and all the fall festivals. Every year the last week of September me and five of my friends go camping in Lancaster, PA. We shop the Amish markets, flea markets and yard sales during the day, and at night eat and drink around the campfire and play cards and talk. No husbands, no kids, it's great! Of course two of the girls have RV's, so no sleeping in tents either. Then the second of October my DH and I go camping with two other couples to Gettysburg during their apple festival. We do the festival during the day, go to Devil's Den, we did a ghost walk last year one night, and again sit around a campfire every night. Fall is definitely my favorite time of year. Especially sitting in the hot tub at night with the stars twinkling above, and our tiki torches burning in the back yard. My DH built a fire place out of cinderblocks in the back yard, and some nights we have a fire too. Definitely the best time of the year.
