I love FISH

tonight I am making a stuffed haddock filet with shrimp and stuffing.......I can hardly wait. Not much for the stuffing because of diet concerns but can have a little of it and then small baked potato and a salad to boot........I LOVE TO EAT TOO

for anyone in the south jersey area - i recently discovered bobby chez - they have the most wonderful seafood in the world!! the basically flash fry it (although they do have some broiled seafood as well) and then you cook it at home - sadly it is a bit pricey - but they have me hooked!

nothing really spectacular on my recipe.
I took a half cup of water and margarine and put in microwave for one minute......and added the one cup of stove top stuffing....mixed it altogether.....I have some fresh Maine shrimp that I had frozen .....I took about a quarter of a pound and added that to the stuffing......laid it on the bottom of a baking dish....sprayed with pam of course.......put the two filets of haddock on the top and some garlic and ground pepper.....a smiggen of lemon juice and baked until the fish flaked........It was so good and I ate my portion..I have to get some more fish now......that really made my tummy happy....

I love fish also. I prefer it over beef, pork, and chicken. I like seared fish, poke, sashimi, teriyaki fish, ....
