so we have been trying to call for a few days to get them to give us the ap rate since we are ap holders.but that stupid 60 day thing was always the answer..soo yesterday i get on here and see that they took that away..so i get on the phone and book our surprise trip for our sons birthday at the end of this month..i get 59 a night at pop..well this morning i am goofing around and put the dates in on line and it gives me 49 a night...then the computer tells me they cant put it through cause they are updating their reservation system...we got on the phone and call disney..and with no problems he gives us the 49 a night rate....i mean you cant beat that !!!!....my son and my daughter are gonna be sooo surprised...we arent telling them and it is killing me...

The same thing happened to me (sort of). After I found out about the change yesterday I called and booked ASMU for $59 + tax = $67.00. When I got home yesterday I was finally able to get on the Passholders site and they had the same room on the same date for $49 + tax. I called CRO and at first she said she couldn't change it or get any lower rate to come up. I was just about to cancel the ressie with her and do a new one online and she said "wait a minute, here it is". So, I have a refund of $12 coming back to my credit card!

I booked at Pop Feb 26 for 6 nights and I got a $90 AP rate, plus tax. Then I saw that the AP rate for that time frame said $80 plus tax. So I called and asked if I could apply that new rate. The CM said no, it couldn't be applied. She didn't give me any reason why, she just said no, then "thanks for calling Disney," and hung up. This is straight from the passholder website:

I Love Disney too! I am so happy this dark period is over! LOL It really is a blessing. I will be rethinking our June Trip.

STITCH1404 just do your reservation on the website then call them and cancel your other one....the first lady i talked to this morning said that they had the same prices as on line and that if i could get a better price on line then i better book it and then just call and cancel the other reservation..so i went on line to do it and it crashed on me...the guy i talked to when called back..had no problem changing the rate..i would call and call and call till you get the answer you want..
