It is a tough choice since they all have their merits!
I don't use Uber that frequently so the Amex Uber credit may not benefit me the most in the aspect, but I did like the gold status for Hilton and Starwood/Marriott.
I liked that the Presitge offered 2x on entertainment and I have decent interactions with Citi in the past.
I only hear wonderful things about both Sapphire cards so I was intrigued. Forgive me if this is naive, but can I apply for a business card without a business? How would the pairing work?
I usually go SW or JetBlue. I love SWs flexibility, but sometimes I do not have direct flights from my airport so it is probably a 50/50 split. I foolishly did not take advantage of the past SW 100,000 RR promo. I had looked at the JetBlue Plus card for its free checked bags. I would have easily made the fee back in one, one-way trip!
I believe I saw Chase Sapphire was partners with SW and Citi Prestige was partners with JetBlue. It made the decision even harder haha
I opened the Disney Premier Visa in Jan 2016 and dropped it down to the basic Rewards Visa before the $49 renewal since I was not going to make it back with the 2%. The 6 month no interest financing is very tempting to use. I was hoping to spread the initial cost across multiple cards to maximize a bonus or reward.
I am waitlisted for VGF so it could take some time. The guide did seem hopeful though!
Have you ever sold something on eBay, Craig’s list....you have a business...apply using your name and SS number as the business name and EIN
Good luck with your waitlist...we have owned at BWV for 20 years...stayed at VGF once...loved it but usually go for food and wine so prefer walking to Epcot
