The lower MSR can be a slight consolation lol.
Oh true! Hadn't thought of that! I have until December until get something in place.

Are you breathing? You're approved...![]()
Some may remember that a while back I booked a room at the Times Square Marriott Marquis (40,000 points for a $700 room? Yes please) for this December to take my mom on a Christmas in New York trip she’s talked about for a long time. I’m contemplating whether I should go ahead and send her the confirmation email for it tomorrow for Mother’s Day as part of her gift. It’s so far away though!! But I know she’ll be thrilled since she’s never been to NYC. What do the moms here think? Super early surprise to time it with Mother’s Day?
Love it. Our family still has the unlimited. Unfortunately as mentioned they put the negative no repeated viewings rule.
However my older daughter has one and rarely uses it so if i want to see something again I just use hers. I have had mine since
last Sept and the only saw one movie twice and that was Black Panther. There really hasn't been that many great movies to see
twice let alone once lol.
**Lot of rumors going around about how they might go under*
Definitely plan to add this card and cannot pull up the 20k offer to save my life! I'll be using a support offer I'm thinkingI need a place to park my MR's.
Yes it counts but the AF doesn’tSorry, I don't recall the answer on this. On the CSR, does the travel purchases covered by the travel credit count towards MSR? I would think so since it's earning UR but I don't want to mess up my calculations. I'll have the full 300 used within the MSR time period.
They should count. I also make it a habit to spend above the MSR by that amount just because it “feels” right lol!Sorry, I don't recall the answer on this. as usual I'm just chock full of wwyd questions..... if I wanted to dip a toe into non 5/24 cards.... would I go for hyatt or one of the new marriott cards right now? (or wait for a new marriott type card coming?) and then for MR, just to try them out and see how they work, Blue Biz or BGR? I don't want a big spend, just a way to try the MR world (esp. for those deals where you can get amazon stuff for cheap by using one MR etc)I’ll just add a quick comment that my wife and I both have Blue Biz Plus cards and it’s great. They are an excellent way to keep MRs active with a no AF card (and a Biz card at that so no 5/24 implications).
As far as Hyatt vs. Marriott: Where will you use the points? I'm new to Hyatt but pleasantly surprised about the number of points for rooms vs. Marriott. We use most of our hotel points for visiting our kids. College towns, football weekends. I'm finding that the Marriott points don't go very far. We're planning a Hyatt vacation next year for my DD's spring break.as usual I'm just chock full of wwyd questions..... if I wanted to dip a toe into non 5/24 cards.... would I go for hyatt or one of the new marriott cards right now? Do you have an AA credit card?I have a question regarding AA and baggage and award seats...... So I'm confused (SWA traveler here,it's simple with them) If I have seats booked on AA saver award (cheapest LA-HI...what does that mean for baggage, basic economy? which seems to = just a personal,no carryon/overhead allowance? Should I be expecting to pay a checked bag fee in this case?
Own name only, don’t make up a name, they may question it.For the Chase business cards, if you have a "business" what name do you use? Do you use your own name, or did you make one up?

So Plastiq flagged my payment to roofer on Friday. I responded quickly with the invoice but no reply yet. The charge is pending on my CIP, so does that mean it went through? If so, 79% through with CIP MSR.
