Thanks, I think I might try. I already talked to fraud on it, on the 16th. I figured it would get approved right away after that.
Well that was a waste of time. She transferred me to application processing and they said, it's under review and you will receive something in writing in 1-2 weeks. Well thanks LOL.

That's weird - did you call one of the reconsideration lines? Maybe they're running with the "B" staff on a Monday after a holiday, hahaha!
 

OK, I know you guys are tired of my whining, lord knows I am, but I applied for the SW personal on the 15th and got the two week message. It's the 26th now, and still nothing. Has anyone had one take this long? Should I try to talk to them?
I’ve had cards with the two week message for around 14 days...then approved...things could be taking longer due to Thanksgiving
 
Has anyone had an issue with their purchases showing up on Chase lately? My new CIU does not, and has never, shown any recent transactions. It shows my total balance, but not that anything has been purchased recently. The only way I can see what I bought is to go to my URs where every purchase, back to the first one two weeks ago, shows up as pending. This isn't the usual Chase business website having purchases disappear temporarily. None of them have shown up ever. Ideas?

For my new CIC I have to click on “all transactions” to see my purchases
 
How do I see how much I have remaining on the Staples and Lowe's Amex offers? Hoping there is an easier than method that hunting through my transactions.
 
My 50,000 MR points from my Amex Gold posted today. I already used them for three one-way tickets from Chicago back to Richmond on Memorial Day. Still need to buy the tickets going to Chicago. Now I just have to figure out if when you book United for domestic trips through MR if it includes a carry on in the overhead bin.

Log into your Amex account on a desktop browser, go to statements and activity, select a time frame for transactions to display, search/filter for “Staples” and “Lowe’s/Lowes” to see how much of the $100 credit you’ve used up for each.
 
I upgraded SPG to Lux on September 8th. I have yet to receive a card. My old personal card still works. I have met the 5k MSR and received my points already. Still no Lux Card. Last I heard, it was supposed to be sent beginning of November.

I upgraded around August 20 and got a letter last week that the new Lux card is finally on its way. I will believe it when I see it.
 
I had terrible mobile wallet luck over the weekend. 0 for 2 here.

First, I was at Target and scanned the wallet barcode... but for some reason it defaulted to having no payments selected at all, even though my Redcard and a gift card were loaded in there. So if you scan it and they aren't selected, it won't work at all. I ended up having to have the whole transaction voided because the employees can't remove the wallet/cartwheel scan.

Then DH and I decided to go see Wreck It Ralph 2, and killed some time at the mall beforehand. I found a shirt at the Disney Store (of course... I mean, it was a Meeko shirt! How could I not buy a Meeko shirt?) and told DH, of course I didn't bring along any of the cards we're trying to put spend on now. But then I realized, I'll use Samsung Pay/Chase Pay. Which I did, but for some reason it defaulted back to pay with points, which I didn't see until after! :badpc::badpc::badpc:

I just don't understand, I've never had these issues... since I turned off pay with points in Chase Pay the first time I used it, I've never had to do it again. And I've never had my payment methods become unselected in the Target app. No recent updates to the apps I am aware of, but I've never had the issue with other updates either. Just weird. At least the Disney Store purchase was only $13 - though I did SM Chase about it just now, I figured it couldn't hurt to ask if they could change it...

DH had issues with his Target wallet too. It kept wanting him to sign in. As he tried to sign in the cashier said he couldn't scan it again as it had already gone through. So we just paid with the physical card. The next day DH got emailed the 20% coupon even though we didn't pay through the app. So I guess it worked out for us.
 
MR questions in regards to Amazon -

Wife ordered something on my account this morning and used MR points. o_O I cancelled the order and redid with my Discover for the 10% back. Will those points go back to the account? It sounds like, from reading, that Amex does something like charge and credit the amount to the card. Concerned I won't get back my 12,000 points and will only get the money credit for it...which would be very very bad use of points. I would worry it is was a couple hundred points, but we are talking thousands here.
