I love credit cards so much!

In the condo association section there is the proposed budget for 2019, at the end of the document it shows what the proposed dues are per point.

Thank you!

This is probably the highest increase I've seen, but I would hope that it will level off next year.

Chase killed my Hyatt Across from Universal dreams. No new WoH card for me since this new development with it being 5/24.

I kinda want to stay on property anyway. Any way to stay at a Universal resort on points?

So DP #8 in the Hyatt 5/24 saga is just crazy and I'm not sure that guy should even count. At simultaneously 15/24 and 15/6 I don't care what card they applied for, I'm pretty sure Chase just went o_O and then Heck No!

Impressed they got in 3 Chase cards in that run but that looks like a shutdown risk if I ever saw one. They took "it's a sprint" to heart :)

its not definite so far. DoC just posted an article with a "we have no clue" and collecting DPs until a decision is made.

There's a lot of Chicken Little "Sky is falling" going on r/churning lately. Now, it is not totally without merit that thought process, but I think people are jumping to conclusions a little too quickly. Glad DoC is keeping a level head for now.

The onsite resorts are typically in the UR portal. If you get an AP, sometimes the rooms are discounted nicely but not bookable via Chase.

That's what I think is happening. Chase, with all of their other recent changes, is also tightening up on approvals a bit. It's entirely possible the Hyatt is under 5/24 now, but I don't think it's conclusive enough yet.

If someone is just over 5/24 and wants the Hyatt, it might be worth trying anyway. Better yet, under 5/24, but with a lot of inquiries from biz apps.

Uni fans:
Any reason I can't smuggle my 2 year old into a room at Portofino bay? I read those are the largest rooms, though I'd prefer the theming of Royal Pacific. Her and I wouldn't go into the parks anyways, so no big deal on the EP part of it. It is for arrival night (late) and the following night...precruise.

I currently have a room at AKL which would allow her and I do to MK for the day but the others would have to uber to Uni and I'd book Royal pacific to get EP access for them. I'm considering just skipping WDW for this trip (gasp!) to make it easy and all stay at Portofino. I'm having a bit of FOMO the MK Christmas stuff.

Hey everyone! I haven't been here in a few weeks, I'm trying to catch up but I've got a couple of questions.
DH is going to apply for his 3rd Chase business cards his CIP has a $7K CL and Marriott Biz has $5K, should he reduce those before he applies for the SW Biz? He has about 60% of HHI with chase.

Also, Chase caps the referral bonus at 50K per calendar year?

I’d reduce the credit limits prior to applying.....the referral bonus is per card....100,000 on the CIP

Awww favorite local chain is no longer on Dosh or RR dining.... guess that's why it didn't credit last weekend

I noticed CVS isn’t on Dosh anymore either. I was going to stop by earlier today but changed my mind.

Dosh seems very erratic when it comes to whats there and not. Was so thrilled they give back 3% back at mobil gas, its down to 1%. :\

Tagging @WVMomof3 and @trenty - Chase United Explorer 65,000 Miles Public Offer with $10,000 MSR in 6 Months, $95 AF Waived First Year, Offer Ends 1/8/19.

I wish I could jump on this, but I'll be over 5/24 until February. I may have my wife jump on this after the new year. This offer is not for everyone, but we fly a lot on United and can manage the spend. Obviously, if you find yourself targeted for a 60k (or even 70k) miles/$3k MSR offer, that's preferable to more miles for much more spend.
Wow. I have to think about this. Not sure I want that much MSR...worth considering though...thanks for letting me know.

Dang it @Albort, now I'm debating the SW personal...

For the RMNers, I bought a Hotels.com eGC from Staples online on 10/31 and got denied by RMN. Just a data point. First time for me, whether buying actual stuff, just gift cards (eGCs or regular), or a mix.

Thanks for the DP, even if I don't like it. GCs were working for me with RMN but I haven't tried one in a few weeks.
