Both the CIP and CFU travel portals are down at the moment. Anyone else experiencing this? I *think* I was able to pull up Port Orleans - Riverside on the CIP portal earlier today, wanted to check again. Maybe they're loading the travel portal with all the Disney resorts? (I can dream right?! :'( )

For ONCE we could use a positive change from Chase. Seriously...when was the last time something good happened with Chase??? When CIU came out?? That feels like ages ago!

Sorry, I know I'm super behind as I'm just getting caught up on the posts today, but this totally made me LOL!

Just to reiterate what everyone is saying I hope no one feels bad about trying to help others with giving advice. I really appreciate all of the advise and wisdom I've gotten here from all of you kind people. And all of this is really making my DVC addonitis twice as bad! If only I had a new card to meet a MSR on and I'd probably be calling my guide tomorrow!

This is starting to make sense. The resorts used to show up just fine on the CSR portal. Then they went missing. Sometimes poly would show and every once in awhile they'd all pop back up but then quickly disappear again.
So the workaround was to call cruise and tours. It seems chase caught onto this work around and is stopping it. I say that based on the fact that the hotels show at 1cpp on CF portal. Also, when I booked our Aug trip the normal UR people couldn't help me. Said they could book me but not at the 1.5x rate. I HUCA to Cruise and tours instead and they took care of it.

I think we may be SOL on resort only ressies too.

ETA: park tix available on the CF portal but not the CSR portal. Chef mickey's meals available on both.

WTH?! That’s ridiculous. The amount of people who would book travel with a CF has got to be smaller than the amount of people Chase is pissing off who hold a CF & their premium travel cards but aren’t being allowed to book at their premium travel rates. So far everything has been mean but straight up, but this pushes into false advertising territory.

I have no horse in this race today full disclosure. For now I’m still willing to consider the possibility the platform hasn’t been rolled out to all cards. If they’ve done this on purpose though it could be a nice fraud case against Chase. Person sees they can book that stuff in the Ultimate Rewards portal with CF, pays af on CSP/CSR so they get the higher redemption rate but then they can’t redeem at the advertised rate now for that item in the UR portal? The risk is stupid here, the cards all claim to be a part of Ultimate Rewards- to my knowledge they do not disclose that they have multiple UR programs (and if they do it’s way too hidden).

chances are, the Expedia rollover is now being implemented to the CIP system. the Freedom card had the Expedia searches while Sapphire and i believe Ink had the old Connexian system.
