IM SORRY, AM I READING THAT I CANT BOOK DISNEY WITH URS ANYMORE.
Yup, just called and they can’t book Disney as of yesterday! WTH I am so mad!
right, we knew it!!Put the tinfoil hats back on. They are watching our thread! Hitting us where it hurts, Disney!

Did you ask if this is a permanent change or temporary?
You exercised amazing restraint if the word you used was indeed "unhappy"!I did and she said she thinks it’s permanent. I had her fill out a thing saying I was unhappy with the changes.
The tinfoil hat is not necessary. With this many changes this quickly yes, they have a RAT. Someone there finally figured out Reddit was a thing.Put the tinfoil hats back on. They are watching our thread! Hitting us where it hurts, Disney!

Alas I will also say that at least anyone looking at this redemption will still get at minimum a $0.01 value out of their URs. Redeeming for cash sucks compared to $0.015 but it is a legit option if you were absolutely counting on using that money. I know you'll have to supplement it with a healthy chunk of change but you aren't out more than the base rate of $0.01/UR.
None at all? The resorts were showing up on the ur portal thru cf.Yup, just called and they can’t book Disney as of yesterday! WTH I am so mad!

Wow, is Chase trying to get a large number of Disney-loving cardholders to downgrade or cancel their CSRs, CSPs, and CIPs? If they can’t redeem URs at 1.25 or 1.5 cpp towards their Disney vacations, and the best they can do is a cash deposit or credit statement of 1 cpp, a lot of people will have a hard time justifying the AFs.
This will be me. I was absolutely counting on using URs for my 2019 Disney trip. I have no other money saved for this trip, other than Disney GCs I’ve been planning to purchase between now and then. I’m just going to have to cash out.
This is going to change my plans some and I’ll have to reevaluate. I was planning to get DH the CSR next month, but with no need for the 1.5 redemption now and no double dip available, maybe I should just refer him from my CSP and then we’ll have another $600 to cash out and I don’t need to pay a $450 AF. Obviously I know there’s the $300 travel credit, but that was a distant second to the 1.5 redemption value.

Why keep Two CIPs to MS? Just curious.I was planning on keeping a CSR for the 1.5 redemption too, but it’s gone if this doesn’t change. I’ll keep two CIPs to MS because it’s easy and cash out I guess. This really just better be temporary. Any other ideas for free Disney vacations? I was pretty much paying for everything with points, tickets, dining plan, and hotel.

Expedia doesn’t sell Disney packages, right, so maybe that is why. I don’t get tickets or just rooms if that is true.Idk I just called the cruise and tours department asking to book a package through Disney.
