Are the Chase recon hours only until 5?
Their recon hours should be:
Are the Chase recon hours only until 5?
I've been out of the Chase application game for awhile but it seems to me if it was a 5/24 denial it would've said 7-10 days right away. If it initially said 30 days and then moved to 7-10 that might be another denial reason. This is a good thing because you can't overcome 5/24 but any other denial reason you could talk your way through. Good Luck! So, this morning the automated status line has changed to the dreaded 7-10 days for my dh's SW application (it was a personal, btw).I went back over his Credit Karma. He had 3 cards fall off on 3/31, putting him at 4/24, and I thought yesterday would be safe because it's a new month, but do you think maybe I didn't wait long enough after those dropped off? I can't think of any other reason he'd be denied. I'm going to have him call in, but he's not sure if he'll have time from work today.
I don't know if he realizes how important this is, lol. Are the Chase recon hours only until 5?
Oh, and I've been off the thread for a few days. What's this I see about new SW CP pass rules???And I'm about to leave for work and don't have time to research.

So an employee card is different than being added as an AU?

aww...I'm just guessing that you didn't wait long enough. You would think that either the apply by date or the approved on date would be when you would count the 24 months from, but Chase may look at the math a little differently. Maybe recon can shed some light? Hopefully he will make the call as soon as possible so that you can find out what's going on. I'm anxiously waiting for 4/24 as well. 2 more months for me! I would be very interested in the timing if that is the issue.
We have both our CIP's one account, but if you refer your spouse you can both get $500 fee free dollars.Has anyone added their spouse’s CIP to their own plastiq account? I am wondering if I can send the May mtg through on DH’s new CIP, using my plastiq, to avoid all the verification drama I went though to pay it on my CIP the first time.
The $95 annual fee for my Chase Ink Plus just posted. I'm debating whether the card is worth $95 . . . we don't max out the 5x UR on office supplies but we do use it enough to cover the fee. I'm hesitant to downgrade the card because it's no longer available, and I haven't really been paying attention to the other Ink options. Anyone still have their Ink Plus? If not, what did you switch it to?

Do you have any 5/24 slots open to get the CIC? Essentially the same 5x categories as the Ink+, but capped at $25k instead of $50k, and currently offering a 50k UR signup bonus after $3k/3 months. If you don't have any open slots, you can still product change your Ink+ to CIC, since CIC has no AF.

Do you have CSP or CSR?
If not, then hold onto that Ink+ since you can transfer to partners and get the 1.25 multiplier. CIC doesn't give you those benefits.
If you do have CSP or CSR, then consider applying for the CIC with the signup bonus and then closing your Ink+. Like @Lain said, that will depend on your 5/24 status.
im in the same boat as well, had decided to drop my CI+ to a CIC when the AF hits.
Unless you dont have a CSR/CIP/CSP, this card holds its value, but if u have one, it loses a lot of value.
I personally will keep the CI+ though, i was recently introduced to a new way to MS and this card will become more valuable to it. Other than that, i was going to downgrade it.

@disneymagicgirl my plastiq account is littered with a mix of cards from both dh and I. Never had a problem paying for anything with his cards. I did refer him at the beginning for those FFD but once I used those, I went back to my account.
Please share in the DISchurners MS thread. ;-)
Approved for CSP! Instant! On to incognito CSR.
I'm at 4/24 and also got a CIP that I'm not counting towards that a few months back, so it definitely doesn't count towards 5/24.![]()
I have been playing around on the Chase UR portal to see what the points from my new CSP will get me. My plan was to use my UR points to offset WDW hotel costs. I'm a bit discouraged because it seems like the Chase portal prices are high! I looked at the price for a stay at the CBR. It looked comparable at 198./night until I realized that this is for a king bed room. We need 2 queens and the price of that is 289./night, compared to 222./night on the WDW site (it would have been 237. but there is a room offer). If I called Chase directly would I be able to get the price that's on the WDW website, or am I limited to only what they offer?
Hahaha! I guess so! I remember one of the posters saying the other day she had put her social on her hubby’s app so I think that was in the back of my mind.
