Does Chase ever give retention offers? AF just posted on my CSR ($550). I'm likely going to keep it open one more year since I just got in under the gun with the old AF, but I'm kind of waffling on it - I don't think I'll use most of the new benefits (except the $300 travel credit). If there was any bit of an incentive I'd keep it open for sure.

There's been some DPs recently of retention bonuses ranging from $300-$500, no spend.

Does anyone know if getting MRs for opening an amex business checking account will result in getting a 1099Misc? If so, how much are they valued at?

I got letter from Kohls w/ Kohls Cash in it. I also just got an email with it. If you get an email from Kohls w/ the title "A special note for you, from our CEO" It has $15 in that is good til end of month

I added it by scanning the barcode and it added it as a coupon rather than Kohls cash.

They had them at my staples. Sucks that I can never get the ones at Office Depot since the savings is higher.

I will head over to Sam’s Club and flip these to Disney GC’s. I love that you can split payment in person at Sam’s so I don’t get stuck with small amounts on the prepaids

It's possible it's only Mastercard when choosing credit. I *think* I used a Vanilla Visa there but I cannot remember 100%. Yesterday I bought Mastercard GC's at Staples and used them right away at Sams. (Sam's also has the $190 for $200 cards in store now)

I can do it at BJ's with cards I have purchased at Staples/OD/OM. I always do them as debit and put in the pin though. I have used them online at Sam's when they used to allow multiple cards when you check out. (I think it is just 2 now that they allow you to split payment)

Unfortunately my store just carries the sign lol cards are always gone

So funny both of my stores have no sign. The $200 cards just happened to be sitting in the $100 card slot, I took it to the register hoping it would ring $190 and it did. The $66.50 for $70 were gone at my stores but as of yesterday showed back up.

Moved all my UR's to my CSP in anticipation of October 26, I think it is. To keep them at 1.25 for booking.

Was thinking I could grab more gift cards this week and next week. But the UR's wouldn't post until Nov 1st, so will not hold the 1.25. Will get some Visas when they show.

I'm going to miss that little bump up. I've lucked out also and got points boost on a few rooms, but I don't see it where I need it outside the Disney area.

Meanwhile I let some Choice points go up in smoke accidentally. I had enough left over from the Radisson conversion for a couple of nights and was going to donate them but forgot.
