Okay Chase Experts...HELP!

I'm not looking to redeem my URs anytime soon. I have the CSR and have had it since 10/16. So I'm eligible for SR SUB. The 80k CSP look good. But I am a fan of my CSR. To pull off the MDD, I have to hit both MSR, right? So currently that would be $8k. So I don't see a way for me to hit the $8k and do the MDD. If I do the CSP, is it normally feasible to PC back to the CSR?

I'm so hesitant to give up the CSR as I like the rental car coverage, and I have at least 2 trips planned this summer w/ rental cars. I am using the $120/peleton credits right now. I've used my $300 travel and my $60 door dash. I renew in November. Part of me is hoping they offer the $450 AF again.

So talk me into PC my CSR (if I do the CFU can I get that SUB again later?), and jumping at the CSP.

I talked myself out of the MDD and just got the CSP. The MDD would have put me at 5/24 and the CSP bonus is great. I would PC the CSR if I was in your shoes.

It's still not a good idea to get one but Chase adjusted the Disney Visa offers via support link:

• Chase Disney Premier Visa - $300 Statement Credit after spending $1,000 in the first 3 months (this is the $49 Annual Fee version).
• Chase Disney Visa - $150 Statement Credit after after spending $500 in the first 3 months (this is the NO Annual Fee version).

I'd assume nobody here is interested, but sharing anyways.

You can't PC the new CSP until a year later. But the old CSR that you PC to say CFU, I think you can PC that back to a CSR if you wanted to. Or if you have any other old Freedom card, you could PC that. AF would go up to $550. PC doesn't lock you out of the SUB like Amex.

Love Red Rocks! We saw a show there when we went on our 40th b-day trip and it was awesome. Such a beautiful, magical place to see a show. Highly recommend it if there is something playing there when you are in town.

It is a magical place. We go there to watch the sunrise. It's incredible!

Do you have any other Chase personal cards? You could downgrade the CSR, apply for CSP and then PC a CF/CFF/CFU back to CSR. To PC back to a CSR, you would need 10K CL.

Is there any way to purchase Disney gift cards and have them code as travel on your credit card. Looking to use a credit card points i can apply to travel to help pay for dining in Disney.

It is a magical place. We go there to watch the sunrise. It's incredible!

It would be awesome to see a sunrise there. Now that my kids are getting old things like that are getting to be possible thoughts! The last time we were there, mid morning, there were so many people exercising and doing yoga, what a great place to exercise too!

You are correct, both CSR and CSP carry primary rental car insurance!

I decided to just go for it and book Universal in July. Used up all of my Amex flight credits and SW points for flights! Holy moly are July flights expensive! Almost $400 per person. I am used to cheap fall airfare.

I also booked us at Portifino for 4 nights with the AP rate. I am excited to try out Portifino since we have HR booked for Dec.

That isn't about summer flights, that is about flights at all right now. I booked MCO last October for $98 RT, I went to book the same weekend this year and it was $425. I ended up using Delta points, cash price for my flights would have been $800.

AAA sells discounted GCs, and I'm pretty sure Disney was one of them. And I would assume that AAA would code as travel. I also figure you need to be a AAA member to get the discount, but maybe they sell at full price for non-members (doubtful)?

Once I unlocked my credit report (Experian), I called and was Denied for Business Structure (Sole Prop vs. LLP, LLC, S Corp, etc.)
Ask for Reconsideration: Not enough info on rental house biz, so said: 1 house, $11,400 income, $10k profit last year

In the category of most ridiculous packaging today LOL, I had two HUGE padded manila envelopes in the mail today. I had no idea what they could be. Opened them to find regular sized white envelopes inside. With the gift cards I ordered from Staples to use my AMEX credit LOL.

I bet they've had GCs stolen, because it's too easy to tell there's a GC/CC in a standard envelope

Sorry about the denial. The real estate category is still so unpredictable for Chase. Maybe look at Amex business cards? If you can do a 15k MSR, there's a 150k biz plat offer out there. Or one of the biz gold offers with lower MSR (not much that can offset the AF though).

I got a Staples one today too and thought what a waste. But this makes sense!
