So frustrating! I’ve had issues with registering them online and I think a couple times with the Staples vgc also which is bad enough, but when you have problems in store I think it’s doubly discouraging. Hope it will work for you now!
I don’t have time to sit with my phone on hold while watching ds. It just isn’t possible. That’s why I’ve had such issues. I’ve been trying to put a request on our reservation and can’t get through. I think we’ll buy the 1 day ticket and either go to guest services while there or try to call on the weekend. Now we have to decide if we wanna go on Monday or Tuesday to MK. We get there Sunday and leave Wednesday. We wanted to do MK Monday so we have Tuesday to relax at the fort but Monday will cost $60 more
I’ve always had pretty good luck with emailing so that’s why I decided to send one. Hopefully they get back to us
Update. Called again this morning. Was on hold over an hour but had the NICEST CM who researched our AP history and saw we cancelled them during Covid and let us purchase new AP's!!!

I was planning to do that but they open at 7 and that’s right when ds usually gets up for the day so we’re in the middle of giving him his meds and making breakfast. I’ll probably ask Dh to help out in the morning with ds or have him be the one to call
It's not just you. I've never had a problem with the US Bank ones from Kroger loading to Serve, but 4/10 of the US Bank $100 ones would not let me load to Serve. So I did the same thing and called and registered, still didn't work with Serve. Thought maybe the problem was with FD and Serve so I tried paying $100 towards my electric bill and that was denied too. I guess I'll have to call again. And now yesterday I couldn't load a $500 one from Walmart to Serve. Feel like my MS days may be coming to an end. I decided with the luck I'm having I'd hold off on getting the MGC from Staples this week.
Boo! No way to offload into MOs?
That was always my plan B, but now that's it's here I'm not sure I feel like it, especially given all the problems at at WM with using VGC. And I'm thinking if it's not going to work for Serve it probably wouldn't work for MOs. So far the variables are still working from Kroger and the ones from Staples last month, so I still have something, but things are definitely getting more difficult.

I would try your best to call right at 7am. I needed to change the dates of our tickets and called at 7am and got right through. Less than a 5 minute wait.
I'm hoping if I do end up needing to call about sept that they'll have more people as I really don't want to get up at 4am knowing I could be on hold and not able to go back to sleep like I would for fps.
LOL I’m not gonna lie most mornings I’m up at 4 anyway. Dh and I switch watching ds at that time. We take shifts overnight. I definitely wouldn’t want to have to call then thoughAnd be happy you are in est and not pst.
