I have ads for credit cards for people with bad credit. Lol.

In real life I've cornered the market on offers to transfer my balances and consolidate my debt. Let's see. I've got $34.50 on my Chase Freedom, about to put $500ish charge on my Amex Gold - not due until April and I keep hoping for the better offer on my SPG biz, and I've got $100 each on my CIU and my Marriott Biz while I wait for my $10 Staples credits to land.

That debt appeared last week and has been hanging around for a few days as I resist paying it off. Soon Amex will send me a payment plan offer when I charge the insurance tab. I guess they find business somewhere and we just happen to get the offers whether we want/need them or not.

My biggest gripe is with Amex right now. I have 5 offers on one MR card for Hilton Hotels. But when I wanted the Hilton card they pop up'ed me.

We’re home from our Disney trip! I went on a news blackout and had fun.

Of course despite sanitizing and handwashing constantly, I came home with a nasty cough and the kids seem to be sharing a round of gastroenteritis. Yay.

Rebooked my DHs Easter flight and saves 1k rr points. My flight with the kids is still sold out.

Also, our flight Friday was delayed several hours. My son who was booked as my companion just got an for a $50 voucher, but DD and I didn’t get anything. Weird.

Dh and I saw Onward tonight. It was really good! I was worried after watching about 15 minutes because it was almost all stuff from the trailers and didn’t seem like a Disney movie. It got much better as the movie went on. There were only about 8 other people in the entire theater

The only thing I don’t like about garage sales is awkwardly leaving after not buying anything. I always say thank you but still feel weird

My most awkward garage sale experiences were in college. When I moved from dorms to an apartment with 2 other girls we tried to do it as cheap as we could so we hit garage sales one weekend. To my shock neither of them had ever been to a garage sale so I kinda had to explain it. They both caught on quick, not like it’s hard lol. By the second sale one friend was bargaining people down to the nickel and the other was giving $5 for a $2 item and saying keep the change because she felt so guilty about getting stuff so cheap ... we didn’t do that again!

FYI: in case anybody else is trying to login, I’m seeing multiple reports of the SW RR website not working (ie you can’t login).

That was happening to me. Trying to book a las vegas weekend. Gave up on SW (might try again now), but did use 2 free hilton weekend nights to book the Waldolf Astoria Las Vegas.

What are the odds of younger person being approved for CIP? DD24 needs to get rolling on her credit history. The only cc she has is a Discover Student card which she's had for about 2 years. She barely uses it. She also has a car loan plus student loans with perfect payment history. Total length of credit is 5 years.

Odds are very good! My dd19 got her CIP at 18yo. Had a discover student and CFU before that.

Are you looking for a week or shorter? I would think both of those are good for a long weekend, but I wouldn’t want to stay either place for longer. Though if you are driving I guess you could add stops to other places in between.

We’d probably be looking at around 4 days at either. Do I take that to mean neither place has much to see or do?

For anyone who applied for the SW personal 2 tier offer- 40k RR for $1k and add’l 35k for $5k, have you seen the 2nd tier? I looked at DH’s and then freaked out that the offer didn’t track.
