So I see my Chase offer pending for my two BJs offers. And just got a notification from ebates that I have $77 pending from Saks (mom's Christmas gift). Plus got $18 yesterday for DD's Doc Marten's (only non-painful thing about ordering them!). Used my Amex Happy Card offer to buy two $50 Happy Moments cards for my two direct reports at work. I feel like I'm making progress.

Didn't get to jump on the BJs offer right away since we were at DL. Returned home Sunday but I was exhausted. Was glad to see it was still live and available yesterday. Placed 3 orders with 3 of my Chase cards. Plan to do 3 more using DH's cards today or tomorrow before we head out on our WDW trip.

Thanks for all the replies....so my goal is to use the TC,and then UR,which I don't mind parting with now- and that means no price adjustments in future (right?) alhto it's possible to cancel by calling chase, gte points back in account,and rebook if desired before cruise (?) I think I've got this right,I'm nervous to book elsewhere and try to transfer...

One of my cruises the fare went down. I called Chase and they redid the fare and I got some points back. Chase will go by whatever the Cruiselines rules are for refunds. I did have a refundable cruise booked so make sure you are looking at the terms of the cruise you are booking.

My charges of the 3x50 and a $25 are showing separately on my CIP so I don’t hold out hope that they will credit for Chase. Has anyone chatted with them to see if they will consider the two together

It was a movie package that shipped separately. Was your $25 for Disney? Just curious as a DP if just same type will likely ship together or same type AND denomination.

All of my BJ's orders have shipped together and have either posted as one charge or are pending as one charge. I did 3 on Friday and 3 on Saturday. Friday ones are supposed to be in the mail today but not sure about that with our weather I also see the offer showing as redeemed on the cards where the charge has cleared.

I did 1 order of 2 x $100 GCs, and the other 5 were 1 $150 pack + 1 $25

Has anyone stayed at the Hilton Anaheim convention center? I'm thinking about going to Disneyland this Spring. I haven't been since 2011. The first week of May the Hilton is 123.00 per night. Other weeks I've checked it's either sold out or over 250.00. I'm guessing there are no conventions that week. I will have Hilton points by this time, but at that price, I wouldn't need them. I have Hyatt points, but the Hyatt options aren't great and I'd rather not use them for that. I don't have Marriot points.

You're probably all set for now, but for others reading----the Disneyland edition of the DisUnplugged podcast just had a review of the Hyatt House at Harbor&Katella on their latest show.

So from now until around December 13, I'll just be obsessively checking! Thank you!

Just met the MSR on my Capitol One Spark Business with the $1000 bonus after $10,000 spend (Tuition is good for something). Just waiting for bonus to post and will have $1200.

Now to start on my SW Preferred Card. Will also have Dorm/Meal Plan coming due also for next Semester for DD so will wait until January 1 to do that and finish spend on that card. Then need to get another SW Business Card

DH also has new CIP on the way -may have to Venmo some for that one.

And in other news - I am finished Christmas Shopping and most everything is wrapped (and by wrapped I mean these awesome gift bags that I get from QVC - I hate wrapping. I had a few that had to be wrapped with real wrapping paper - I had DH do that last night before kids come home from college today and start snooping).

Have any of you ever had issues looking for flights on virgin’s website? It doesn’t matter what week I choose, it always says there aren’t enough seats. I looked all the way through October of next year. They don’t show up on the chase portal either. Can they really not have any seats from April-October?

I did 2 BJs orders that were $150 DGC and $10 Sonic, then 3 orders were $150 DGC and $25 DGC. Each order shipped together, each charged posted as one and all 5 offers are showing as redeemed. I went through ebates for all (should have switched that up a bit) and all are showing $0 there so I'm not holding my breath. I did get 15 cents for my $10 membership purchase though.

Decided to take the chance and applied for DH for the Capitol One Venture. Instant approval Only a 5k CL, but that's okay. So despite a credit score around 800 and not having balances on cards he was approved. Even though I didn't think he was on a Capitol One 360 savings account I have it came up when setting up his online account, so maybe that helped.

My BJ's Chase offer is showing as redeemed too. Good thing since Rakuten didn't track.

Thanks for the info. It looks like we if we are going to try for both the Wells Fargo Propel American Express card and the Wells Fargo Business Platinum, we will need to apply for the Propel (30,000 points) card first and then wait 6 months to apply for the Business Platinum (50,000 points). The following language is in the Propel Terms & Conditions -
"Eligibility for introductory rate(s), fees, and bonus rewards offers
You may not be eligible for introductory annual percentage rates, fees, and/or bonus rewards offers if you opened a Wells Fargo Credit Card within the last 15 months from the date of this application and you received introductory APR(s), fees, and/or bonus rewards offers, even if that account is closed and has a $0 balance.
You may not qualify for an additional Wells Fargo credit card if you have opened a Wells Fargo credit card in the last 6 months."

The Business Platinum card does not have that language in it, but it seems like you can only get the points bonus once per business according to the following language -" Only one points bonus per company. This offer is not available if the business already has a Wells Fargo business credit card or had a Wells Fargo business credit card opened or closed in the immediately preceding 12 months."

The Propel might be churnable every 15 months.

They were both Disney. When I first posted, I thought, well I won’t try this again. But then, my husband has it on his CIP so I thought I would get a $500 and justify it as $150 at 24% off and $350 at 6% off but $500 won’t work for me right now. So now I’m thinking - has anyone bought bjs digital gift cards and had the Chase offer credit?

I just checked June next year and see plenty of award availability for 3 passengers in economy and premium economy. MCO - LGW.

Jul/Aug and even Sept not looking great though. I did say it was a popular route.

ETA: Ok something weird going on - I had availability showing on the flexible dates chart, but then when i went to select flights - I got the not enough seats message too.

That said, I did find availability for 16 Jun - 24 Jun, but definitely sparse in Premium.

I already figured I wouldn’t get the $25 back for the BJs Chase offer because I bought $140 in gc’s plus the earrings for $20 and the charges showed up separately. I checked my CIP account this morning to have a look (again) at the transaction from last Friday, and my statement period ended with the gift card charge having posted but the earrings did not. Thing is, the earrings charge isn’t under pending either like it was last time I checked. I received both items in the mail yesterday (fast!), so this seems weird to me. I imagine the earrings charge will show up again later. Guess I’ll keep checking.

Another thing about the BJs offers...if the offer only works when items are shipped together, how can you know that the offer will work on any order? Unless you order only one thing that is $150 or more, is it possible to know if you’ll get the offer or not? I don’t need many more gift cards right now, so I was hoping to use my offers on just normal household needs.

Actually checking the fine print, it doesn’t say spend $150 in one transaction. It just says $150, so I’m going to try SM in 2 weeks (it says up to 14 days to credit) and see if they’ll apply credit.
