I LOVE ALAMO

I had difficulties with my connecting flight on my way to WDW on my recent trip and I ended up showing up at the Alamo counter a full day late; by this point I was exhausted, and frustrated and burst into tears in front of the counter person. Not only did Alamo honour the amazing rate I got on my rental, but they upgraded my car as well. Alamo continues to impress me with their customer service, I will not go anywhere else to rent a car.

was this at the CCC? we've used the Dolphin national/Alamo for many, many years because of the wonderful staff there!
maybe send a letter/email about your positive experience - it does make a difference
