I don't visit the WISH boards much, but lately I have, as I'm trying to lose 19 lbs for Disney. I had been exercising since Mar, but with no weight loss, so last Tues, I started really watching what I ate, and stepped up the exercise...on Sun I noticed I lost my first lb and now only 18 to go! It really gives me more motivation after that! I bought more pilates tapes to try...have been doing the ab one for the past 3 nights (tough!) but I'm going to stick with it every day! Just wanted to share...thanks for listening!
