I really really really (did I cover that) like my daughter at the moment...She came into my room (I've been packing for Chicago, I leave tomorrow) and said

"Hey Mom...you look like a teenager in that!" Hmm, I am wearing shorts and a tank top. Go figure?!?

You go girl compliments like that will get you ANYTHING!

What a feeling! I got carded the other day buying a bottle of wine at Super Target. The guy said he really did not think I was 21. I'm 32!

There's a kid who knows how to get on your good side! My own DD told me today that I should roll down the top of my shorts. I told her I was too old for that look. She said "No Mom, you have to. Otherwise you look like Steve Urkel".

A co-worker found out I was going to be, gulp, 40 this year and said to me "No way" I said yeah and even the girl at the front desk, who I worked at another job, said yeah she is.....co-worker said to me "I wish I looked like you, I thought you were about 32" I am still smiling and that was a few weeks ago!
