We are now terribly spoiled and enjoy breakfast being ready when we arrive. Today is our 3rd day on our five day passes. We started off with the mummy or so we thought. It was down again. I cannot stress this enough-if its running ride it. It was broke so many times when we were there it was ridiculous. Many times it was just the projections and not the animatronics that are so cool. But just keep passing by until you get on. We rode it a few times later and it is as great as the first time. We rode earthquake next. I just love this ride, but I also loved Kong. Twister was next. I being the natural disaster movie freak really enjoyed this. The preshow is as good as the attraction. ET was next as I missed hearing him say goodbye to me. We had tacos at the Margaritaville stand/bar. They were good and I was soo in the mood for one. Islands was next. We did the waterrides over and over. These are so great when its hot because you get drenched. Jurassic was our first. We figured the little splash to begin with. Then on to the new and improved Dudley Do-Right Ripsaw Falls. Still a wait even with front of the line but at least its indoors and comfortable. It is sooo steep but a terrific ride. Much smoother than the old one. You don't hold on to each other now just a padding in front of you. I enjoyed this but remember fondly being able to wrap my arms around my son as I hid behind his shoulder screaming for dear life. Then came Popeye and it was a long wait with FOTL and in the sun. But what do you expect in Florida in July-a chilly breeze. Later, we dined in Trattoria. It was casual and fun. The pasta buffet was a hit and we ate there again the next day. Our next 2 days were pretty much filled with repeating the rides and a cabana by the pool in the afternoon. I bobbed in the pool like an apple for hours. My daughter also went for the make-up lesson at the spa. She enjoyed it very much and her lovely mother bought her some supplies. It was the most wonderful vacation and I hope to visit again. Wishing you the same happy times that we had. Thank you for joining us. :wave2:

Thank you! I would like to see you write one. I think it would be excellent. You noticed things at PBH that I forgot about and have a great sense of humor. Come on-get started!!! It will make me feel like I'm there again.

We went 4 times in May and June and they all seem to have merged together in my short term memory loss mind. Besides your reports are so positive and upbeat. Mine are everything that went wrong! When I write a trip report, like last Christmas and Halloween, I have to write notes all day long which gives my kids another reason to goof on me. Your report kind of made me WDW homesick. We haven't been there since Halloween and I'm thinking about going for the new Stitch attraction.
One thing we did at our PBH stay that might be useful to others is we raced to the park. My son took the water taxi and my daughter and I took the bus. We let the bus driver in on it and he pulled a Sandra Bullock "Speed" number and we beat him by a mile. The buses don't get much use unless it rains. In all my years of commando theme parking I have always stressed to the kids to go where people aren't. Like first thing in the morning, eat early lunch, return late afternoon, go when it rains, go on Super Bowl Sunday, etc. and the bus is one of those "people aren't" places. Another place we follow this at Universal is walking on Sunset Blvd. in front of Cafe La Bamba and on Exposition Blvd. in front of BTTF it is always crowded. You have keep your head in the game or you will run into a stroller or someone will run into you. We always avoid this by taking the flower lined Central Park pathways and the lagoon walkway.
I really enjoyed your trip reports and you sound like a fun family. We will probably cross pathes at the parks someday.
Look for the guy in the One Fish, Two Fish pj's and the newest addition is a pair of promo Rocky and Bullwinkle slippers from their movie. Rocky is on one, goggles and all, and Bullwinkle, antlers and all, on the other.:wave2:

Great report ~ Thanx for sharing.

Motherfletcher-
Thanks so much for the compliments! I'm sure I'll spot you if we are there next year with that wacky get-up of yours! We also are spending a few days at the end of June at Disney. We enjoyed it this year and want to try 2 nights each at Pop, Gf, and AKL in that order. Then I want to switch to PBH the very end of June/beginning of July-club of course!!:p I'll be the one talking to everyone and eating constantly. My passions are people and food! I'm so envious, I wish I could say 4 trips in May/June! No wonder no trip report. I wouldn't be able to keep it straight either. We also sail threw the park, but I can't recall the streets you mentioned. I'll ask DS- he's the brains of the outfit. Pretty funny about the bus!:wave2:

Great reports thank you for sharing your vacation with us

Great report. Sounds like a great trip. We did a cabana rental too, but at the HRH. We then moved on to the PBH after our stay at the HRH.

Thanks for sharing your great trip details!
