I know the budget question has been posted here before...and I hate to do it again...but we're 5 months away from our trip and I want to make sure I have enough $$$....I don't want to have to worry about not having enough $$$...I want to do what I want when I want...
It will just be the two of us (2 adults that could easily be mistaken for kids!) 3 days land 4 days sea...How much money should we bring???

Do you drink a lot (we do and budget quite a bit for wine, champagne, konk coolers and bahama mamas, in a seven day cruise we easilly spend $500.00 on drinks if not more)

Are you into photos? Shutters does a great job but they are pricey. We usually spend about $40.00 on photos (but then again we are talking a 7 day cruise)

Do you like DCL merchandise? DH always buys at least one polo and sweatshirt. I get christmas ornaments, picture frames, photo albums, gifts for teachers etc. So those things add up to about $300.00-400.00 more) We usually pland on about $1200.00 extra for a seven day. But we spend a lot. Think of your habits and then it will be a lot easier to guide you on how much you will need to bring. :)

Don't forget about Spa stuff!!! Always bring an extra $100 per adult for a spa treatment. Or just spend the $30 or so for day in the Rain Forest.

Don't forget that while the meals at sea are included, they are not at WDW. I don't know what your tastes are for park dining, but remember that. Tips are a biggie on the ship. Look at disneycruise.com for the exact figure they recommend.

In order to figure out how much money you will need, you should have an idea of where you will want to eat when you're at Disney. Are you just picking up a bagel for breakfast or going to a character breakfast. You could get bagels and beverages or cereal, fruit or even pancakes at a quick service location for $8-15 (both of you). If you're going to a character breakfast it will be over $30 plus a tip. For lunch, decide again if it's sit down or a la carte. You could get lunch at Casey's, Pecos Bill, etc. for $12-17. Same with dinner. If you go to a nice restaurant, plan to spend at least $20 A PERSON on just the entree and that's a modest price. We have easily spent over $100 in the evening on dinner for two. But, you don't have to spend that much!
I usually figure at least $20 per day for little things in the parks like water or ice cream.
Don't forget any tips for transportation to and from the airport and for the bellman, valet (if needed), housekeeper, etc.
Once you get on the ship, you don't need to spend very much. We stuck to mostly the free beverages and only bought two photos. We played bingo twice and all the rest of the money went to souvenirs. You have to decide what's important to you. If you like to drink (alcohol or even soda) then you're probably going to need a lot of cash on the ship. If you can get by with water, tea, lemonade and soda at meals, then you won't need a lot of cash on the ship.
I'm really good at budgeting Disney trips, so if you have any more questions or you want more info, just let me know!
