But I can't find the answer. I just got my Paypal Debit card. How do I go about adding funds to it? I would like to start using it.

You need to log onto the paypal site, go to your account, click onto "add funds", and then enter the amount you want to transfer from your bank account to your paypal debit card.......should take 3-4 business days.
