But the search function is down so I have to ask it again. ;)

We will be going to WDW for DD's 5th birthday in the beginning of March. DH and I just booked it yesterday and it is a surprise.:wizard: I'd like to have baskets done for her and her sisters. I was also wondering if it was possible to have the room at the resort decorated with balloons. Any helpful advice or links are GREATLY appreciated.:thumbsup2

She is "Feralpeg" here on the DIS....and quite popular.

We used Peggy at Christmas when we stayed at AKV.
She decorated & brought in a Christmas tree.
The kids loved it!!

Hi
I wanted to make my family a special treat for March break ,,I've been working on them for the past two weeks. I bought inexpensive Disney character bags and filled them with :

5.00 Disney beach towel from sears.(Nemo, Little mermaid ,Pooh,Tigger)

4.99 Nemo spray sunblock

Disney lip balm (dollar store)

Disney shrek chocolate treats (dollar store)

Disney Vintage tin card deck ( 2.99 Giant Tiger store)

Disney shaped Mickey head ears tupperware container -to hold Shrek candies
(Disney store)pkg of three 2.99

Kids disposable cameras (3.99 each walmart)

Disney flashing pins (dollar store)

Night light glow sticks (asortment of 5 colors) great for parades.

POTC tattoos (Zellers 2.99 )

Disney's character head bubbles (Sears 99 cents each)

After I fit everything into the bag I slipped the bag into a clear plastic (basket) bag wrapper--(4 for a dollar at the dollar store). I used one small dollar store pk of Disney stickers to decorate. I bought some Disney ribbon after christmas on sale cheap and added a bow to each of the bags.
I plan on using Home Depot's paint chip cards as gift tags.
I will be taking them down in my extra suitcase and upon check-in ask if they (check in Castmember) would give them to my kids when they arrive --later flight than me this time. If not I'll just slip them into the room.
I had fun searching for and making these and the cost was around 25.00 each bag,,however much cheaper than had I called Disney florist or an outside agency.

Well off to work on my Treasure Hunt game for them,,thanks for letting me share

Mel, that sounds great! I think I will do that as well. Can you explain the treasure hunt game please?

Thanks,
