So due to one of my parents work schedules we can't book fast passes till a week before we deport any hope at all for a fast pass in February booking that close to tha trip fast pass for fop what time is the first bus from pop if fp is out of the question and what time does the food count open at pop

And why not book for everyone else when your FP window opens and then Change Party to add in the others.

Or, just book their FPs separately when their schedules are known.

I would book Fp's as soon as your window opens up. I would rather have stuff than not. You can always try to tweak and change it later if you have to. Worse case, they have to book their own when they are ready.

Do you mean the trip dates may change? Or you won't be buying your parents' tickets until close to the trip?

If it's the latter, just book for everyone else and try to add the parents when they have tickets linked.

I just am not understanding. You were talking about having all TS in another thread. How could you book your meals but not be able to book FP? Is it because you won't have tickets yet? You know the dates of your trip, right? I feel like I'm missing a key detail here.

I thought we would have more notice I did not realize it would be a last minute planning trip for lack of better term for it so well just CS it this trip read my latest in the restaurant thread you well see that I see that she we'll be just fine

Are your parents not purchasing tickets until 1 week prior?
I would book your FP+ at your 30 days if offsite or 60 days if onsite and then once they have their tickets then see if you can make their's for around the same time as yours or try to modify yours to add them.

If you are only able to plan your trip a week in advance then you have to adjust your expectations. If you want to do the most popular rides then you'll want to plan to do them at rope drop or plan for longer wait times. You'll still be able to get some fastpasses and dining reservations if you want but your options could be pretty limited depending on when you're actually going

You can always book ADR for expected dates and cancel what you can't use

I am hoping a week out so I can let my boss know, she won't care I am just a volunteer she just needs to know not to expect me

As long as you're only booking a room only reservation you have a week to cancel and get a refund. And if you purchase your tickets separately then they're good from the date you use them to enter a park. Unless we're talking you might be going next year or you might be going in 2020 or something.
