Does it start on Nov. 1st each year, or no?

I notice its about $46 a person for adults.

What can I expect for my money?

Also, is EVERY park in Nov. decorated for Christmas? I'd prolly have to go the first or second week of Nov. due to work, but I don't want to go if Im not gonna see everything in its xmas style. Thanks!

MVMCP is not going on the first or second week of Nov. I believe it starts about the 18th or so. The parks start decorating in Nov., but there probably isn't a whole lot of decorations up the first 2 weeks. It is usually all up for Thanksgiving and after. If you want to see decorations, wait until the week after Thanksgiving and go then.

I am not sure when the decorations go up in the parks, but MVMCP usually starts around mid November, this year it begins on Nov 13th and runs until Dec 22nd.
Here is a link for some more information http://www.wdwinfo.com/holidays/mvmcp.htm

I think that it is worth the money, I enjoy the parade and the shows, the fireworks are great and I have found that the wait time for the rides have not been too bad. They make it snow on main street and you get hot chocolate and cookies. (last year the hot chocolate was good but cookies were not that great, the year before that I found the opposite)
If you can fit it into your schedule and your budget I say go for it.
