my Xbox 360 just died, the pride of my console collection, and a great white box that made me happy.

Hopefully the console registration thingy on the xbox website will work soon, and I can get it repaired, darn Microsoft and their hardware failures!!!!

I'm sorry! I know how it feels because my 360 died twice since it was launched. It took about 2 weeks turn around time each time.

Yes, the three rings is fixable. You just need to call Microsoft and they will send you a box and fed ex will pick it up.

Yes, the 3 Red rings is the free one, as long as it's in 3 years of the date on the back of the console. Also, apparently they don't even send you a box anymore, I think they just send or email a sticker to you.
