I know it's been asked before but, is the a "picture package" we can purchase??

I believe the package deal was 10 6x8 photos for $89.95....you can always call DCL and they should be able to confirm......Andy

You can buy 20 for $149. 14 for I think $129 and 10 for $89. We bought the 20 immediately. On Thursday when we had only purchased 11 I was worried but the last formal night and castaway cay put us over the top. If you don't get the 20 they will give you a refund though. I thought it was a great package.
There weren't any offers on the 8x10s except the last night if you bought 5 you got a free folio with a picture of the ship or characters.

But going into it also know that not all the pictures are 6x8, some are 8x10 and will not be included in your package.

So, is it better to purchase a package, or just pick and chose? Are the photos only from on the ship and CC?

The 6x8 are 9.95 each and the 8x10 are 19.95 each so if you find 10 you are saving some. They take pictures every time a character is around, at the pools, CC, some nights at dinner. Thise are usually 6x8. The formal shots are all 8x10. Hope this helps

On the 11/15 Magic (just returned) we bought the 20 pic package for 149.00. Just so you know, you can exchange up to three pictures for ones that come along later in the cruise that you might like better. They do take lots of pics, especially those last couple of nights!

So if I pay for the 20 @149 I get to pick from 6x8's AND 8x10's. I seem to remember a "special" on the last nights. Do they offer that with a package?

You pick pictures up as you go along and they mark your card. You can exchange up to 3 at anytime. It is a good deal if you are going to get that many. However, as was said before, know that the 8x10's are not included and can not be substituded in anyway I don't think.

I suggest you pick them up as you go, as they change them and move them so often you may never be able to find them again if you wait. In terms of exchanges, if you choose one early in the cruise and they mark it off your card of 10. 15 or 20, you may see a better picture later in the week. You have the option to then return that first picture and substitute the new one for it. You can do this up to 3 times. We made a stop at Shutters everynight to look and pick up the best ones of the day.

There were no specials the last night of our 11/15 Magic, only long, long lines and crowds so thick you could barely see the pictures. That is why I suggest picking up as you go.
