I know it's a long way off, but who's going in June 2006?

Just when I thought we would be taking a year off from WDW and we only got back last Sunday, we are seriously considering a trip in June after school lets out.

We'll probably stay at POR AB (5 people), drive from Michigan (ugh! Haven't done that before, but with 5 of us, airfare is ridiculous from our area and we don't want to deal with Chicago), and we're going to be more budget minded this trip and do less table service, especially since POR's food court has a good selection.

We've been talking this week about taking a summer vacation and we can't think of any place else that provides as much as WDW for the money.

So who else is going in June, what are your plans, and if you've been there at that time before, give me the scoop!

We will be at Boardwalk Villas from June 6-9 and the Polynesian from June 9-14. I'm very excited.

We were there from May 29-June 6, 2004. It was very hot then but still a lot of fun. We stayed at BC & POR.

POR is great. You will really enjoy it. It's very beautiful. Don't miss Bob Jackson in the lounge.

We usually drive from MI, as we are 5 as well, and it really isn't that bad. We usually do it in 2 days since I can't sleep in the car and it is easier on everyone that way. We are thinking about a trip this June after school and are trying to decide on the dates. Now that our schools are going to start after Labor Day, maybe we should try to wait until the middle of August? It will only be hotter then, but may be less crowded.

We own DVC so we will probably stay at OKW or SSR, but we have thought about staying at POR just to try it out. And DVC points on the weekends are so high we thought about moving to POR for the weekend.

We are going June 10 - 17, staying at Pop Century. It seems sooooo far away! Ugh, I'm never going to make it! We are getting the dining plan for the first time, so I've been mapping out meal plans to pass the time.

We drive from PA ... and although we're going in early July, I thought I'd reply because I can't wait to go ... and it's fun to see others planning this far ahead! The drive from here requires us to stay over at least 2 nights on the road. We have three kids ... but it's a long trip anyway!! This summer we're stopping for a week in the North Carolina mountains along the way for a work related conference for me. Then it's off to WDW for almost 2 weeks. Can't wait! We're planning on staying at POR and then going to POLY for our daughter's birthday. Hoping when it's our turn to call for ADR's that we get the one place she wants for her birthday night! Counting the days 'til next summer - but we northerners have to get through winter first!!! aw:

Our family of 5 will be at POR from June 3-June10. We will then be off in other areas of Florida for 5 days and then back for June 16-18th. Undecided yet where to stay. Either back at POR or Dolphin if we can get the teacher's discount. We can't wait. When will you be at POR?

We'll bet there on our honeymoon June 10-20. The first seven nights will be off-site at Fairfield Bonnet Creek, and the last three nights we will hopefully be on-sight. Not sure where yet. WL would be ideal, but if we're as tight on money as we are now then we might do POR. We'll see...

Ok this is even longer off, but we're definitely going June 2008 to celebrate DS 5th birthday!! (of course we'll sneak in there a couple of times before then!)

We will be leaving the day after school gets out (June 15th) and jumping on a plane from Seattle-Tacoma airport! This will be our second trip to WDW! Polynesian and Animal Kingdom Lodge here we come! I am worried about the crowds, but last time we went (Dec 18-26th, 2004) we thought the crowds would be crazy and they weren't!

We will be there june 10th to 24th. We went on our 'once in a lifetime holiday' this June but hey as you guessed we are hooked! We are staying off site but really cant wait! Bring it on!

We are going June 16 - 26th. We will be at the Grand Floridian. This year we were at the Yacht Club June 26 - July 3. It was quite hot but it's WDW so it was still a blast!!!

My neice and I will be at CSR from June 21-28. I promised her when she was little that I would take her to WDW when she graduated from high school and this is the year. We are both so excited! Julie is particularly enthusiastic about doing some of the backstage tours, now that she is 18.

I am planning a trip arriving 6/11 departing 6/17, probably driving from PA. None of my plans are official, locked in or hinged on a reservation and probably won't be for a few months (gotta save the cash needed). Should another low DING! fare come through from PHL to MCO we'll fly. Currently I'm considering staying off-site at Radisson Resort Parkway, assuming I can get a great online rate as is being offered now. For the regular price I could spend the week at a WDW Value Resort. We're also planning on visiting the other Orlando themeparks.

we are trying to save for another trip June 16 - June 23 at Pop. Gotta love Pop we stayed there last June and loved it. We live in Lehigh Valley,PA and will drive straight through 18 hrs. DH and I split driving last year straight through. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It is so worth it for Disney. Can't wait to get in the van and star driving again.

we are trying to go down to POR the last week of june thru the first week of july. we are driving from PA and its our second time driving but our third at POR and we love it there.

We'll be at the AKL 6/15-6/18, then 4 night Wonder cruise, CR from 6/22-6/26 and closing out our vacation at the Portofino Bay at Universal from 6/26-7/1. Been planning since last November. Can't wait!

We will be driving down again from CT the end of June for about 2 1/2 weeks and we will stay at the CBR(again) our favorite.

We are also going again next June. We stayed for 11 nights at WL, June 05 and loved it. This year we want to stay a few nights at AKL and the rest at Beach Club but our plans aren't set yet. Our dates are June 8-June 18.
Can't wait to go back! Oh we drive from Baltimore.

Staying June 19th-29th at POFQ and celebrating our 18th anniversary!! Flying from Pittsburgh and using our frequent flyer miles!!!
